Big Picture Doncaster is an educational program that builds a  personalized learning plan for each individual student with a view to getting their education back on track.. The programs provide a unique learning experience through daily advisory, internship mentoring, and interest-based projects. Students have opportunities to participate in real-world learning experiences and to present their learning at exhibitions. The program is enabled through a partnership among students, parents, teachers, mentors, local businesses, and the community. The approach is focused on understanding each student's needs and personal development, which results in a style of education that is quite different from traditional methods.
