Working with Leaders - Vision into Practice
Self determination is the most powerful thing to make lasting change in people and organisations. We focus our work on helping organisations create their own outcomes. Using a range of tools we help an organisation identify what it currently does and in doing so what to keep and what may have reached the end of its usefulness.
When we have completed this we start again. We take the leadership team through the necessary steps to build the culture they want for their organisation.
We continue to support the school to put their vision into practice.
“Building a strong culture is what builds a strong organisation”
- Simon Sinek
A School Wide Culture of Coaching
This programme is designed to help schools take their first steps in developing a school wide coaching culture. The evidence is growing to support coaching as a model to achieve the greatest and most sustained impact when holding professional conversations.
Schools that embrace this culture have seen a significant increase in teacher efficacy, something Professor John Hattie cites as the number one impact on student achievement.
"Collective Teacher Efficacy is the collective belief of teachers in their ability to positively affect students. With an effect size of d=1.57 Collective Teacher Efficacy is strongly correlated with student achievement."
- John Hattie
We extend this work to working with learners. The same principles apply when working with young people and we support teachers and other school staff to develop a language of coaching in their classrooms.
Technology for Learning
"AI isn't going to replace professionals, but professionals who use AI might replace professionals who don't."
- inspired by this article from the Chartered Institute of Computing
As school leaders we invested in the use of technology for learning with outstanding results across a wide range of outcomes. To achieve this we built our culture and practice with technology as a key part. This allowed us to make learning personal to every child. In reaching this point we have learnt a great deal about what works best and what does not work. We can support schools to accelerate their ambitions for using technology for learning.
Making Inclusion Work
We have developed software to support the needs of vulnerable learners. In doing this we have worked with a range of providers and health professionals to look at new approaches to inclusion. We also created a level 4 Apprenticeship for people working in inclusion units in schools. Being involved in this area of work we have built a bank of good practice from the providers we have worked with over the last two years.

Frequently asked questions...
Yes! We're happy to run CPD for groups of any size. Whilst we believe the best approach to achieving change is developing whole-school culture, we can help develop cultures within individual responsibility areas too.
